Meet at the roadside parking area near the top of While Hill Grade on Sir Francis Drake Blvd. west of Fairfax. We’ll aim for lunch at the summit, but if it’s too hot we might just find a perfect shaded meadow on the ridge. We’ll make the 1,000-foot ascent at a pace that allows us to enjoy all of the scenery we encounter along the way. This walk is 6.5 miles round trip. Remember to bring binoculars, if you have them. This walk is for ages 15 and up. We request that no pets (except service animals) attend.
