This opportunity is brought to you on behalf of a collaboration between
Point Reyes National Seashore, Marin RCD, Home Ground
Habitat Nursery & Point Reyes National Seashore Association. Together
they’re initiating a volunteer-based nursery program to support
resource management at the Seashore. The nursery will be a
native plant nursery supporting the range and vegetation management
programs in the Seashore and restoration
in the overall Lagunitas Creek watershed.
Topics for this workshop are:
Home Nurseries: Trip to Home Ground Habitats Nursery
 Irrigation set-up
 Repurposed material use
 Seed collection on site
 Various materials used (tools, soils, containers)
Workshops on related topics are scheduled for September 9 and October 14.
