Join County Open Space in maintaining the Porcupine and White Hill trails! We will split into teams and work our way down over a one-mile span of trail. Breakfast snacks, a hearty lunch, drinks, tools, gloves and training are provided. Bring layered clothing, gloves, a water bottle and a small pack for storing water and sturdy hiking boots. For more information or to RSVP, contact Volunteer Coordinator Greg Reza at (415) 473-3778. Meet at White Hill Preserve. DIRECTIONS: From Highway 101 in Larkspur, take the Sir Francis Drake Blvd. (SFDB) exit and head west through Fairfax to the crest of White’s Hill. Brown Bridge is approximately 2.5 miles past the town of Fairfax. Look for signs. Please use the trail underneath Brown Bridge instead of crossing busy Sir Francis Drake Blvd. Park on the shoulder of Brown Bridge and meet at the entrance to White Hill trail.
