Join County Parks in maintaining White Hill Trail. We will remove invasive French broom to clear the trail corridor and increase safety by improving lines of sight. We will start the day with breakfast snacks, split into teams and stage along different sections of the trail. After working our way down the trail, we’ll finish the day with lunch at 12 noon. Lunch, snacks, drinks, tools, gloves and training are provided. Bring layered clothing, gloves, a water bottle and a small pack for storing water and sturdy hiking boots. Please RSVP to Volunteer Coordinator Greg Reza at (415) 473-3778 or email greza@marincounty.org. In the event of red flag/ high fire danger call (415) 473-3778 to listen to a recording about event status. Park on the shoulder of Brown Bridge and meet at the entrance to White Hill Trail at 3298 Sir Francis Drake Blvd. DIRECTIONS: From Hwy 101 in Larkspur, take the Sir Francis Drake Blvd (SFDB) exit and head west through Fairfax to the crest of White’s Hill.
